#MeToo Movement: Vikas Bahl Gets A Clean Chit Over All Sexual Harrassment Accusations, Back To Being Director Of Super 30!

Post being exonerated from all sexual misconduct accusations during the #MeToo movement, Vikas Bahl will be given credit for Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30!

From shocking names to shocking accusations and stories were heard throughout the upheaval caused by the #MeToo movement that hit the Bollywood Industry! One of the names being Vikas Bahl, who had multiple sexual assault charges levelled against him, one of them had been by a former employee of Phantom Films of sexual misconduct.

It led to him being removed from the credentials of directorship for Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30. It also followed with the thorough investigation launched by the Reliance Entertainment, who are a major holder of Phantom Entertainment company shared by Vikas Bahl, former partners being Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane.
The production house CEO, Shibasish Sarkar confirmed the same, meaning that the trailer which comes out next week will have his name in it. As per the report, the internal complaints committee had looked into the details of the complaint made by the former employee of Phantom Films against Vikas with due diligence. Also, they had called the complainant time and again to show up in the meetings related to the case. However, she failed to show up in the meetings.
Moreover, they’d interviewed all the people associated with the respondent and the complainant. Only after deeply probing into the matter, they have given a clean chit to Vikas. As per the report, “Those associated with the complainant and the respondent were interviewed by the committee. It also recorded documentation and correspondence between the two and based on this, it has unanimously concluded that Vikas Bahl stands exonerated of all charges levelled against him.”
Earlier on, Vikas had talked about the former employee, “For two and-a-half years, she has never made me feel as if she is uncomfortable (around me). I have worked very hard to be the person I have become. I do feel victimised, but I don’t know what to do about it.
